Is there a catch with the free audit?
No. You get a recorded video of your Google Maps rankings within 48 hours, and you keep it whether you work with us or not. Plenty of owners use it to fix things themselves.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
If you are not getting at least 10 new leads a month from Google (calls, forms or messages) within 90 days, we keep working for free until you are. We only offer it after your audit shows there is enough search demand in your area, and it needs three things from you: access to your Google profile and website, answering your phone, and the profile staying in your business name.
Do you guarantee I will rank number 1?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Google says no one can guarantee a number 1 ranking. We guarantee what matters to you instead: new leads coming in from Google.
Why leads and not customers?
We control whether people find you and get in touch. Turning a call into a paying job comes down to how you answer, quote and follow up, so that is the one part we cannot promise. We will still give you simple tips on answering and following up so more of those calls become jobs.
Who owns my website and Google profile?
You do. Always. The domain, the website, the Google profile, the photos and the words are yours. If you leave, everything stays with you and we hand over every login.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We work month to month. You stay because the phone is ringing, not because of a contract.
Will you work with my competitor?
Not for the same trade in the same area. Once you are in, that spot is yours.
Where are you based?
We work from Dubai. For Australian and US clients that means changes happen while you sleep, and you wake up to an update on WhatsApp. You always talk to the person doing the work.
What do I need to do?
